mission of the day (16th dec) : chiong to MANGO sale and grab a cool bag for my sister, maybe some nice clothes for myself too!
9.45am: met ws at the mrt station and chiong to Isetan's MANGO. On our way there we saw many people walking out with MANGO bags already (first tot: i tot it only opens at 10? ooops they opened at 8am!!)
10am: arrival at the store. Eeks it was crowded and those women just squeezed their way around and you see rows of uber long queues. Every other second you see somebody slipping on a top or skirt to try it, in front of everybody else! maybe they're fine with it since there were mainly women around.. according to ws these people turn into freaks when they go into a shop on sale and they'll use their claws and claws through every single buyable item. It was unbelievable.. tops are strewn all over the place and everybody just rummaged through the pile of clothes.. eeewww if you are unlucky u'll probably get banged around every 5secs.. apparently ws got pretty pissed about that.. heee
10.45am: I Surrendered! There was actually nothing to buy and i felt irritated by those people who simply bash their way through the crowded, more often than not bang into me without saying anything. Bahhhh.. no bags for my sister! the bags are heavy! dont know why oso.. =X i bot myself a little pouch though.. it was made of 100% leather and supposedly exclusive edition (not limited ed.. so maybe it's not exactly that zai after all) ahhh i queued for at least 15mins for that?! we jus ended up playing daidee on my fone while queuing.. ahhh lesson learnt.
not-so-exclusive info that i overheard from someone at the sale: Zara's sale will be coming soon after MANGO sale.. predators out there be alert!!
~ being at a sale at 10am is rather early, but in spore, u'll never know if u're almost the last one there~
